Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Health Care Aides (RHCAs) interested in supporting children with complex medical needs. This role is based onsite in Calgary, Alberta, offering the opportunity to provide exceptional homecare services to pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks for infants and children.
- Administer prescribed medications when needed.
- Support with feeding through tubes.
- Perform tracheostomy care procedures.
- Provide respite care to relieve and support families.
- Deliver care during school hours, community settings, and home visits.
- Be willing to cover various shifts across the Calgary area, including overnight and daytime.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric clients.
- Active registration in the Alberta Health Care Aide directory is mandatory.
- Capability to complete basic paperwork using a smartphone.
- A positive, friendly demeanor with a heartfelt motivation to help others.
- Current CPR certification.
- Clear criminal record including vulnerable sector check.
- Recent tuberculosis screening results.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Residence in or close to Calgary.
- Availability for both day and overnight shifts.
