Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy primarily at clients' homes in College Park, GA. This role offers a supportive environment aimed at professional development and meaningful contributions to children's progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes, schools, or clinics.
• Execute treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Record and track clients' behavioral data accurately.
• Work jointly with families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure therapy sessions occur in a safe and positive setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold or intend to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or child-related services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capable of passing required background checks.
• Have dependable transportation and be willing to travel locally.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay ranges between $24 and $30.
• Flexible working hours based on availability.
• Primary work location in Valdosta, Georgia.
