Role Overview

The Regional Vice President of Operations role is part-time and fully remote, accountable for managing operational activities within designated regions. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations oversight, process development and optimization, ensuring consistent delivery of media and consulting services, coordinating cross-departmental projects, monitoring regional profit and loss performance, and supporting strategic plans to align overall operations with business objectives. Additionally, this role emphasizes building robust relationships with internal teams and clients, resolving operational challenges, and identifying avenues to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to effectively supervise regional activities and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) Management and Strategic Planning to guide financial outcomes and support long-term goals.
• Strong Customer Service aptitude to foster positive client interactions and efficiently address service issues.
• Prior senior leadership experience in operations, preferably within media, consulting, or professional service sectors.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities geared towards managing remote teams across various regions.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools for remote work and knowledge of project management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
