Job Overview
The Regional Training Manager is responsible for delivering training to Front Line Staff (FLS) and Advisors to enhance their job knowledge through induction programs and periodic skill development sessions focused on recruitment and sales workshops. The ultimate goal is to boost the productivity of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the training framework across the region ensuring effective learning that improves capabilities and performance.
- Publish and manage the monthly training calendar tailored to branch needs, including licensing training, advisor induction, selling skills, domain knowledge, and product update sessions.
- Maintain strong coordination with the sales leadership to guarantee implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of learning initiatives.
- Promote awareness and encourage the use of various sales tools and aids.
- Take a leading role in critical events such as product launches, fund launches, and regulatory updates by organizing and executing launch plans swiftly and accurately.
- Drive regional learning interventions to address specific regional challenges and seize opportunities.
- Deploy training programs aligned with seasonal business requirements.
- Ensure measurable improvements in productivity by achieving at least 60% pass rate in refresher training exams for attending advisors.
- Monitor the first month performance of new licensed advisors to ensure 80% active participation as measured through RCM, achieving set premium targets contributing directly to sales.
- Manage three-month sustained activization of new advisors, targeting 40% consistent engagement measured through RCM STAR, supporting topline growth and developing qualified advisors for early-stage advisor club programs.
- Oversee new FLS production for up to six months post-joining, aiming for 40% qualification as measured by the GSG program to enhance productivity, engagement, and reduce attrition costs.
- Accomplish these goals via impactful training delivery, setting clear objectives, aligning stakeholders, and providing on-ground support.
