Role Overview
This role focuses on designing and executing the learning and development strategy for a specified region. The manager will collaborate with regional leadership to create targeted training programs, monitor their effectiveness, and support business objectives through skill development and knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to building a training framework rooted in people and market insights tailored for the region.
- Partner with regional heads to identify and address localized training needs.
- Define and track impact metrics jointly with regional and zonal leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Share accountability for regional business outcomes alongside sales leadership.
- Maintain active communication with sales teams to ensure training initiatives are effectively implemented and followed-up.
- Promote awareness and consistent use of sales tools to foster a structured learning atmosphere and enhance productivity.
- Execute diverse training interventions aligned with the learning architecture and productivity objectives.
- Deliver key flagship and region-specific training programs to critical audiences, ensuring measurable business impact and follow-up activities.
- Enforce usage of standardized training content and adherence to established processes.
- Advocate for e-learning modules and online knowledge assessments, encouraging widespread adoption.
- Gather ongoing feedback from regional leaders to refine training delivery as needed.
- Address emergent regional learning requirements prompted by specific challenges or opportunities.
- Conduct product and process inductions for new employees, including Accelerate/Prarambh programs.
- Oversee creation and monitoring of training calendars and participation tracking dashboards.
- Ensure timely compilation and submission of training data to the central team.
- Monitor training effectiveness using pre-established metrics linked to business impact.
- Collect feedback on training content and delivery quality to continuously improve modules and incorporate regional nuances.
- Drive a system to evaluate participant transformation post-training and its influence on business performance.
- Develop and engage internal subject matter experts to share expertise and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Champion the adoption of the Knowledge Management System (KMS) and Online Assessment tools within the zone, and collate improvement feedback.
- Support usage of new learning technologies and cross-promote enablers across affiliated business entities.
- Serve as primary contact for troubleshooting learning technology and system concerns.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to advance employee engagement and support central HR initiatives.
- Facilitate ABCU skill development training sessions and actively promote ABCU organizational learning initiatives.
