Regional Training Manager - Axis Bank Channel - Panchkula

Job Overview

The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for implementing a structured training framework to guarantee effective learning outcomes. This role involves conducting diverse training sessions tailored to both employees and distributors while ensuring comprehensive records are maintained promptly in the Sales Training Management System (STMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all scheduled training programs for internal employees following the established architecture.
• Deliver a variety of training initiatives to meet the periodic and diverse requirements of distributors.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in STMS to maintain precise training documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance engagement and increase distributors’ mind share.
• Identify gaps and opportunities through distributor interaction, aligning learning interventions with Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) objectives to foster distributor commitment.
• Provide insights and competitive intelligence related to market products.
• Coordinate product launches swiftly and accurately to drive understanding and enthusiasm around new offerings.
• Commit to continuous personal growth by completing the quarterly Aditya Disha e-learning courses.
• Undertake relevant professional courses aligned with role development and ensure timely completion.
• Actively participate in training projects assigned by the Training and Professional Development (TPD) team as required.

Additional Information

This role is fully on-site and based in Chandigarh, India. The incumbent will be expected to follow the defined workflow and contribute proactively to skill enhancement and project initiatives.
