- Adapt training content continually to meet the distinct needs of different participant groups.
- Oversee complete logistics for training events, ensuring timely coordination of product/tool deliveries, hotel and travel arrangements, and budget compliance.
- Collaborate with field teams to handle credential requests and ensure training materials—modules, handouts, displays, kits, products, and digital content—are delivered efficiently and within budget.
- Support large scale training projects including product launches, induction sessions for new hires, and regional seminars.
- Assist Senior Training Manager with various tools and projects as needed.
- Facilitate multilingual group trainings by merging audiences when possible to increase efficiency.
- Manage retail and training department logistics, dealing with product deliveries, inventory, uniforms, tools, and POSM distribution from the Miami office.
- Provide ongoing support for collection deliveries, storage, and inventory management of novelties.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with at least two years in education or training roles.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven record in delivering training.
- Deep knowledge of the beauty and luxury sectors; prior experience with other beauty brands is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be based out of the Miami corporate regional office.
