Role Overview and Qualifications
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of managing the entire training process, encompassing in-person and online learning.
- Experience working with e-learning platforms is required.
- Excellent organizational competencies.
- Additional certifications related to training are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu languages is necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify skill gaps by conducting thorough analyses.
- Create training curricula within established timelines.
- Develop both physical and digital instructional materials.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Organize and coordinate individual and group performance evaluations.
- Track progress against set objectives and outcomes.
- Gather and assess feedback from participants and supervisors on training effectiveness.
- Prepare reports reflecting the impact of training initiatives.
- Keep training documentation and materials current and accessible.
- Deliver product-specific training at regional learning centers.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance branch productivity.
- Visit underperforming branches to provide focused support and training.
- Travel within assigned zones to fulfill training obligations.
- Participate in periodic training programs aimed at upskilling trainers.
