Role Summary

We seek an adept Branch Operations Manager for our Hubli location to oversee and expand tours, travels, and logistics operations. The role involves managing overall branch performance and advancing business growth across various service lines.

Key Duties

• Manage daily operations of the branch including travel and cargo divisions.
• Boost sales of passenger bus tickets via direct sales, agents, and online platforms.
• Supervise Full Truck Load (FTL) and Part Truck Load (PTL) cargo transit activities to/from Hubli.
• Plan and grow parcel service offerings within the Hubli area.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track operational metrics and apply improvements to procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in tours & travels or logistics sector.
• Demonstrated success in operations management and business development.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities with effective team oversight.
• Familiarity with cargo and transportation documentation and booking processes is beneficial.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
