Role Overview

As the Regional Sales Manager for Civil Construction Field Solutions (CCFS) in the MEA region, you will spearhead sales growth initiatives, build and steer a high-performance team, and significantly influence Trimble's market presence in this rapidly developing area, driving success through world-class distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet defined revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
• Forge and sustain robust relationships with existing dealer principals and key distributor management; identify and onboard new distributors to enhance market reach across product lines.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to synchronize regional tactics with global plans and customer requirements.
• Support marketing efforts and provide vital market insights to the Product Management division.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in technical engineering, business, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of proven success in sales and sales management with a focus on channel management.
• Strategic and visionary leadership capabilities with skills in setting direction, aligning teams, and driving accountability.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction sector and technology distribution dynamics.
• Effective communication skills adept at managing complex negotiations and fostering trust among varied stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Command of multiple languages pertinent to the MEA region.
• Advanced expertise in civil construction technology and field systems.

Location and Travel

This position is based in the MEA region with a hybrid work arrangement and involves significant travel commitment of 50-75%.
