About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth within the government and industrial markets. This role requires developing and deploying ambitious sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives, emphasizing our key product lines such as sweepers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute sales plans to accelerate growth in government and industrial segments.
- Build and sustain strong collaborations with Rental Representative Groups, including both national and regional rental outlets, and collaborate with Business Development Managers on strategic growth initiatives.
- Implement Target Group initiatives regionally, championing top-tier product offerings.
- Offer multilayered support and training on the Industrial product range to Regional Sales Managers and customers to enhance regional sales outcomes.
- Expand and nurture a comprehensive Dealer network that focuses on solution-oriented platforms encompassing equipment, chemicals, parts, and servicing, regardless of channel affiliation.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
- At least five years of proven success managing industrial or government sales with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting retail data, reports, and complex communications to resolve internal and external challenges effectively.
- Proficient mathematical and technical skills for sales calculations and leveraging software tools to analyze data for management and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated aptitude in critical thinking to diagnose issues, collect pertinent information, and develop sound conclusions for optimized solutions.

Compensation
The position offers an annual salary ranging from 90000 to 105000 USD, complemented by a sales incentive bonus opportunity of up to 35%.
