Role Summary
We seek a skilled student recruitment professional to take charge of recruiting students in Central Asia, MENA, or CIS regions, including the possibility for remote support of smaller markets. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Global Recruitment and entails developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet enrollment and revenue targets, involving regular regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned student enrollment and revenue objectives within the region.
- Participate in creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote recruitment goals.
- Conduct training sessions and market visits for educational agents and school counselors to strengthen networks.
- Represent University Bridge at educational fairs, expos, promotional events, and interview days.
- Collaborate with the global team to provide localized marketing materials tailored to the assigned regions.
- Support student admissions processing, maintain communication with parents, and share student progress updates.
- Submit organized weekly reports detailing sales performance, recruitment pipelines, and activities.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Proven success in international education sales or managing agency relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of the US university education system.
- Native or professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Passion for promoting the US as a leading study destination.
- Strong skills in time management, strategic planning, and organization.
- Availability to travel regionally and work flexible hours including occasional weekends or holidays during peak recruitment seasons.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
- Degree from a US university or experience studying in the US.
- Familiarity with agent networks in Central Asia, MENA, or CIS.
- Professional proficiency in Russian and/or Arabic.
