This opportunity is offered by a partner company based in the United States seeking a Regional Sales Director - East. This position involves driving enterprise growth and leading market expansion initiatives in a dynamic cybersecurity sector. You will take charge of strategic sales efforts, fostering relationships with executives, and aiding organizations in securing their critical data assets.
The role encompasses consultative sales techniques, business development, and collaboration with enterprise security teams. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from planning territory strategies and prospecting to negotiation and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a thorough territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new enterprise client deals.
- Establish and sustain strong partnerships with C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, security experts, and technical stakeholders across targeted sectors.
- Oversee the entire enterprise sales process, including prospecting, needs discovery, solution presentation, proof-of-value demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer challenges and clearly communicate business benefits tied to risk mitigation, operational improvements, and data protection.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations, product demos, and customized business cases matching client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to build pipeline, expedite growth, and enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management systems for pipeline transparency, sales forecasting, and tracking account activities.
- Regularly meet and surpass quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor developments, and customer needs to bolster market positioning.
- Forge strategic alliances and broaden connections within the cybersecurity market ecosystem.
- Represent the company at client meetings, sector events, and face-to-face interactions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years focused on winning new enterprise clients.
- Robust background in cybersecurity, especially in fields such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), or Insider Risk Management.
- Established network of relationships with security professionals, enterprise purchasers, and channel partners.
- Proven history of consistently surpassing sales targets and driving revenue expansion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise sales procedures including prospecting, qualifying leads, crafting value, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills adept at bridging technical teams and business leadership.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on developing and sustaining trusted long-term partnerships.
- Genuine passion for cybersecurity innovations and resolving complex business issues.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive total compensation package including base salary plus commission, ranging from $320,000 to $340,000 (USD).
