Role Overview
The Regional Product Marketing Manager for the Sweet Taste and Coffee & Tea categories will strategically manage these key product areas within the Asia-Pacific market. Your role will involve developing and implementing category growth strategies, managing the product portfolio and innovation pipeline, and enabling commercialization efforts to secure Givaudan’s market leadership aligned with global and regional objectives.
Key Duties
- Create and execute category strategies and growth action plans aligned with business goals, collaborating with regional partners and the Science & Technology team.
- Manage the product portfolio for assigned categories, identify innovation gaps, and oversee the development pipeline.
- Lead commercialization projects, partnering with regional innovation teams to deliver customer-focused value propositions linking science, technology, and market insights.
- Ensure sustained growth by coordinating with global and local stakeholders to optimize the product portfolio and address scaling needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to implement marketing initiatives targeting customers and promoting adoption of new technologies aligned to priorities.
- Support transversal projects under guidance of the Business Unit Head, Sweet to enhance cross-functional success.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical domain such as Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry.
- Technical or B2B marketing experience within the food or flavor sectors.
- At least eight years’ experience in roles involving innovation, R&D or technical leadership with proven influence on marketing and commercial teams and external clients.
- Strong ability to develop deep product expertise and collaborate effectively with technical, innovation, and commercial professionals.
- Proven project management skills to handle complex initiatives.
