Regional Product Manager (SEA) - Medical Devices

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Product Manager to join a leading Medical Devices multinational corporation based in Singapore. This role requires driving strategic marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia to achieve ambitious sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive country-level strategic marketing plans aimed at achieving volume, product mix, revenue, and margin targets aligned with budgets.
• Analyze economic, market, and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
• Tailor product messaging to reflect brand positioning and spearhead omni-channel marketing efforts to enhance brand image and boost sales performance.
• Support sales and marketing teams with critical reporting activities including budgeting, forecasting, fact-based projections, and tracking key success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to ensure excellence in product launches and provide regional marketing expertise to local markets.
• Build and maintain advanced product knowledge and deliver specialized training sessions for sales teams and clients.
• Engage actively in the field with country sales and marketing teams to uncover new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and monitor market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years' professional experience within the medical devices sector.
• Proven track record in creating brand strategies and executing marketing plans effectively.
• Strong influencing skills, adept at navigating challenging negotiations, and capable of working collaboratively across senior internal and external stakeholders.
