Role overview
This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on driving operational excellence across a designated region. The role owns regional execution, service delivery, and performance outcomes while keeping day-to-day activity aligned with broader company priorities.
What you will do
- Lead regional operations teams and make sure workflows, targets, and service standards stay aligned with organizational goals.
- Track and evaluate regional performance indicators, using the findings to improve efficiency and customer results.
- Manage regional budgets as well as profit and loss responsibility, including financial planning and control.
- Introduce and scale process improvements that raise productivity and strengthen customer delivery.

- Oversee cross-functional programs and projects that require coordination across multiple business functions.
- Act as a senior contact for important regional clients and partners, helping resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
What we are looking for
- Strong capability in operations and project management, with the ability to run regional processes and cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership for a region, business unit, or similar scope.
