Role overview

This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on driving operational excellence across a designated region. The role owns regional execution, service delivery, and performance outcomes while keeping day-to-day activity aligned with broader company priorities.

What you will do

  • Lead regional operations teams and make sure workflows, targets, and service standards stay aligned with organizational goals.
  • Track and evaluate regional performance indicators, using the findings to improve efficiency and customer results.
  • Manage regional budgets as well as profit and loss responsibility, including financial planning and control.
  • Introduce and scale process improvements that raise productivity and strengthen customer delivery.
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and finance teams to support growth and maintain consistent service quality.
  • Build, coach, and retain strong teams capable of handling complex operational demands.
  • Oversee cross-functional programs and projects that require coordination across multiple business functions.
  • Act as a senior contact for important regional clients and partners, helping resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.

What we are looking for

  • Strong capability in operations and project management, with the ability to run regional processes and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership for a region, business unit, or similar scope.
  • Customer service leadership experience, especially in roles that shape customer experience and service quality.
  • Ability to set operational direction, define priorities, and translate strategy into measurable execution.
  • Substantial leadership background in operations, ideally within technology, SaaS, or AI-led businesses, including multi-site or multi-country oversight.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort using data, dashboards, analytics, and operational reports to guide decisions.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related area is required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams across different time zones.
