Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Regional Marketing Manager to join us in a fully remote capacity. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies across different regions and managing the company's digital presence and social media channels. The position requires both strategic planning and practical execution with opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional marketing campaigns aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee company social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives involving both paid and organic methods.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance local market positioning.
• Track campaign effectiveness, analyze data metrics, and refine marketing approaches accordingly.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing activities with business growth.
• Ensure uniform brand communication across all marketing channels.
• Keep abreast of new marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fully remote setting.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Background in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, content management, or performance marketing.

Training and Travel

• Selected candidates will undergo a two-week mandatory onboarding and training program, completing a company-sponsored professional certification.
• This role is entirely remote, with occasional business travel to locations such as the UK, USA, or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with all travel costs covered by the company.
