Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Regional Manager for the Southwest Region, which includes clinics located in Martin, Mission, and White River, SD. This role is part of the Operations Management Team responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the effective implementation of approved practices across multiple medical and dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff at each location in alignment with Horizon Health’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish organizational strategies, set project priorities, assess project capacity, explore grant funding opportunities, and develop quality initiatives.
• Plan, oversee, and coordinate operational strategies for the entire Southwest Region to support smooth and effective regional functioning.
