Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Regional HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor, moving beyond routine HR tasks to solve complex business and people challenges at the regional level.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Regional Heads and business leaders to align human capital strategies with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the main HR consultant for the assigned geographical region, translating company goals into effective people-oriented plans supported by data insights.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts including workforce planning, ensuring timely filling of essential roles, enhancing recruitment quality, and facilitating seamless onboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, talent calibration, and coaching managers through performance discussions and improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by analyzing feedback, executing improvement strategies, coordinating leadership-employee forums, and enhancing overall employee experience.
- Identify skill and capability gaps, recommending and implementing learning and development programs, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Manage employee relations professionally by addressing grievances, conducting necessary investigations, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations, maintain accurate HR records and systems, and manage policy governance and audits.
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor metrics such as attrition, hiring, engagement, productivity, and performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Support organizational changes, restructuring, culture building, and effectiveness improvements throughout the region.
- Engage in approximately one week of monthly regional travel to strengthen partnerships, employee relations, and support location-specific HR initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- HR certifications are advantageous.
- At least 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years specifically in an HR Business Partner capacity.
- Prior experience collaborating with regional or field operations teams in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
- Proven capability in managing people operations in large, multi-location workforces.
