Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to direct and oversee HR operations across multiple countries in Europe and Latin America. This vital role is responsible for steering HR initiatives such as recruitment, learning and development, organizational structure, and performance management while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic business goals. The role also guarantees adherence to local labor laws and fosters a culture that values employee engagement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and control the HR budget for Europe and LATAM, aligning expenditures with company objectives.
  • Supervise recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs to boost employee skills and leadership capacity.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes, collaborate with managers to set expectations, conduct evaluations, and identify emerging leaders.
  • Ensure all HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations across regions and handle employee relations within legal and financial boundaries.
  • Lead organizational restructuring efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support growth initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving retention and workplace satisfaction within allocated budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries with a strong command of international HR standards and practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in both European and Latin American regions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of handling complex and fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional European languages like Spanish, German, or Italian is advantageous.

Work Environment

This position entails travel and requires flexibility to work effectively across various time zones. Candidates must be capable of thriving in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced workplace.
