Role Overview
The Regional General Manager position is a full-time, remote opportunity tasked with managing business operations, driving sales outcomes, and ensuring service delivery excellence across a specific geographical area. Responsibilities include supervising regional teams, establishing performance targets, and guaranteeing the timely and budget-compliant completion of projects and contracts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily collaboration between technical, sales, and support departments.
- Monitor financial and operational performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory standards.
- Report regional outcomes and performance metrics to senior management.
- Lead initiatives for continuous process enhancements and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand business presence.
- Strengthen client partnerships and prospect new business in electronic security solutions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in regional or general management, particularly managing multi-location and cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales leadership, or account management within technology, security, or comparable sectors.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, budget control, and performance evaluation with the capacity to analyze financial and operational data.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to foster lasting client relationships.
- Effective at independent remote work with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related disciplines; advanced qualifications or certifications are preferred.
- Open to working collaboratively across diverse cultures and geographic areas, including travel as necessary within the region.
