Position Summary
This senior leadership role owns the business direction and execution for a defined region. The position is accountable for shaping regional strategy, growing the market, managing operations, and delivering strong financial results. A key part of the role is translating the company’s global priorities into effective local action while strengthening competitiveness and sustaining growth.
What You’ll Do
- Create medium- and long-term plans for the region, along with annual operating plans.
- Set regional business goals in line with the company’s overall strategy.
- Review market movements, competitor activity, and customer expectations to guide decisions.
- Own regional sales performance, revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major customers and strategic partners.
- Oversee the operations of all business functions in the region.
- Build KPI frameworks and performance review systems for regional teams.
- Improve operating efficiency and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Lead management teams across sales, operations, marketing, and customer service.
- Design a strong regional organization structure and management process.

Eligibility

Education
A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or another relevant master’s degree is preferred.
Experience
Candidates should bring more than 18 years of experience in business management or regional management, including over 7 years in senior leadership roles. Experience managing cross-regional or international markets will be an advantage.
