Role Overview

As a Regional Director for Western Australia, you will have the autonomy to grow a strategic territory by partnering with senior technology and business leaders. This role involves more than traditional sales; it includes leveraging the organization's extensive research, advisory, and consulting capabilities to help clients solve complex organizational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships, expanding Info-Tech's footprint in Western Australia.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, spanning prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale account growth.
  • Conduct consultative, value-driven discussions with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Identify client priorities and align Info-Tech’s services to produce measurable business results.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive business development, networking, marketing campaigns, and client referrals.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations customized to client strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with analysts, advisors, and experts to ensure the right expertise is applied for client engagements.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts precisely using Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to enhance products, services, and strategies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through coaching, collaboration, and learning.

Success Factors

  • Building trusted advisor relationships instead of traditional sales tactics.
  • Effectively navigating complex organizations to secure executive-level engagements.
  • Ownership of territory with consistent new business generation and growth of strategic partnerships.
  • Balancing commercial objectives with genuine interest in clients’ broader business challenges.
  • Contributing positively to a collaborative, high-achieving team culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 10 years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, consulting, or business development with complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior technology leaders, ideally within Western Australia.
  • Consultative approach with the capability to understand and challenge business priorities, linking technology initiatives to tangible outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and confident communication with senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership and accountability mindset for territory, clients, and outcomes.
  • Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning attitude regarding technology, business, and leadership.
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage complex sales cycles professionally and patiently.
  • Collaborative and low-ego approach focused on sharing ideas and celebrating team success.
  • Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally through coaching.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Tertiary education in business, technology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Benefits and Culture

  • High-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue results.
  • Opportunity to exercise leadership while actively managing deals.
  • Access to senior leadership and involvement in strategic initiatives.
  • Clear advancement prospects toward broader sales leadership roles.
  • Flexible remote working model based on trust and accountability.
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and investment in professional growth.
  • An inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment embracing equal opportunity principles.
  • Annual global recognition trips for top performers to desirable destinations.
