Kind Senior Care is actively seeking a dynamic Regional Director to oversee and lead operations across Massachusetts as the company embarks upon further growth. Reporting directly to the Founder, this leader will be accountable for the successful operational, financial, and cultural management of the Massachusetts region within this reputable home care agency.
Since its 2019 founding, Kind Senior Care has established itself as a premier private-pay home care provider focused on helping older adults maintain safety and independence at home, while supporting families. The company emphasizes a "Caregiver first" philosophy to ensure outstanding caregiver and client experiences, earning consecutive awards over five years for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Massachusetts branch, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-achieving office and clinical team.
- Promote operational excellence by implementing scalable systems and driving continuous improvements.
- Oversee budgeting, financial outcomes, and monitor essential performance indicators.
- Foster and expand relationships with referral sources and community partners in Essex and Middlesex Counties.
- Act as the primary company representative within the specified counties.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and growth planning.

- Consistently growing client engagement measured by hours and revenue.
- High levels of client satisfaction and caregiver experience.
- Strong retention of caregivers and engaged employees.
- Operational efficiency enabling scalable service delivery.

Candidate Profile
- Over 10 years' professional experience within senior care or related healthcare sectors.
- At least 5 years’ demonstrated senior leadership with direct operational responsibility.
- Proven track record managing teams, improving operations, and achieving business expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Established network and solid relationships in the senior care industry within Essex and Middlesex Counties.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, networking, and presentation capabilities.
