  • Direct regional operations to maintain high service standards, reliable program delivery, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee regional financial planning and accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, service-level tracking, revenue monitoring, and resource oversight.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement regional strategies that support growth and operational performance.
  • Track KPIs and OKRs, then use performance data to identify improvement areas and strengthen results.
  • Introduce and maintain standardized workflows, methods, and best practices across multiple sites.
  • Coach and support regional teams through performance feedback, problem-solving, development, and workforce planning.
  • Spot opportunities for business expansion and lead quarterly reviews to present performance, growth, and strategic impact.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a background in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Wellness Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site programs in wellness, fitness, health, or comparable operational settings.
  • Demonstrated success in regional or multi-unit leadership roles with accountability for operational results and stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and resource planning.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, business development, and change leadership.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities, with the confidence to influence people at different levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use reporting and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace and current business productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% when needed.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay between $90,000 and $95,000.
  • Remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Medical insurance coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off and eligible leave options.
  • Access to wellness and professional development resources.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
  • A high-impact leadership role with direct influence on regional strategy and operations.
