Regional Director of Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and seasoned Regional Director of Operations to spearhead and manage operational activities across multiple locations within our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute regional operational strategies that align with corporate objectives and goals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations at various sites to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and compliance.
• Lead and inspire regional teams comprising managers and supervisors to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to uncover areas for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement business plans, budget management, and growth strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines throughout the region.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to bolster regional expansion.
• Champion process enhancements and innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing operations across multiple sites or regions, preferably in the same industry.
• Effective leadership and team-building capabilities with a track record of staff development.
• Strong strategic mindset, with proven skills in problem-solving and making sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal aptitude.
• Proficiency with operational management software and data analytics tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region as needed.
