  • Serve as a communication link between senior leadership and warehouse teams, partnering with internal departments as needed.
  • Establish clear operating structure for programs and teams, including budget management, workflow, scheduling, reporting, and related processes.
  • Reduce operating overhead through cost controls, inventory discipline, and more efficient warehouse and administrative processes.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and warehouse maintenance activities.
  • Ensure warehouse operations align with company policy and strategic direction.
  • Maintain OSHA and safety compliance across the region.
  • Own accountability for the warehouse division budget and profit-and-loss performance.
  • Support DC managers in building positive employee relations that help attract and retain strong hourly and salaried talent.
  • Help create an inclusive, recognized, and open work environment with clear communication.
  • Develop operating plans that support growth, higher quality, and lower cost.
  • Track and interpret performance data to set targets, maintain standards, and improve results.
  • Identify performance gaps and work with managers to implement solutions that raise overall output.
  • Encourage open communication across departments, functions, and distribution center teams.
  • Review, assess, and negotiate operating expenses to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and strengthen teamwork.

Required Qualifications
