Role Overview
Claiborne Senior Living is hiring a seasoned Regional Director of Operations to guide and oversee a group of senior living communities across the Mid-South and Eastern United States. This position plays a major leadership role in improving day-to-day operations, strengthening financial outcomes, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting occupancy growth across multiple locations.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of results, leads with integrity, stays focused on key performance measures, and understands that company culture is shaped at every level of leadership.
Regional travel is required.

Key Duties
- Oversee operations and provide direction to assigned communities
- Coach and support Executive Directors and their leadership teams
- Make sure company policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations are followed
- Improve financial performance through staffing control, expense management, and revenue optimization
- Review financial statements on a regular basis and put corrective plans in place when needed
- Support occupancy growth by overseeing marketing efforts and working with Community Relations teams
- Track resident satisfaction and handle concerns quickly and professionally
- Visit communities regularly to check presentation, safety, and operational quality
- Assist with budgeting and annual goal planning
- Partner with HR and Business Office teams on employment practices and performance issues
- Help with pre-opening work for new communities, including staffing, inspections, and readiness activities
Candidate Profile
- Background in multi-site assisted living or senior living leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related area preferred
- Strong financial understanding, including labor and controllable cost management
- Proven ability to improve occupancy and operational performance
- Solid knowledge of senior living regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%
