Job description

Role overview

Tesla is looking for an experienced, strategic Regional Campaign Lead to support the North America Sales and Delivery Organization and partner with the Field Sales team. This position plays a key role in building, launching, and improving outbound regional programs that raise brand visibility and help expand market penetration. The work covers high-impact initiatives such as events, self-serve programs, and media opportunities.

In this role, you will help scale top-of-funnel programs with strong regional impact. You will coordinate across teams, manage complicated initiatives, and shape practical strategies that grow market share. A solid understanding of KPIs and performance review is essential, and you will work closely with internal partners to carry programs through from planning to execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of regional strategies and programs, including planning, coordination, and delivery for events, media efforts, and self-serve growth, while staying aligned with leadership priorities, company objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Use independent judgment to solve operational and logistical issues that arise during planning or execution, always choosing solutions that protect Tesla’s best interests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, business partners, local media, and cross-functional teams to improve event operations, access to resources, community engagement, and regional growth.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with outside stakeholders to surface opportunities that help Tesla advance its mission.
  • Track event and campaign KPIs, run post-event assessments, and apply insights from data to improve processes and scale what works across the region.
  • Serve as a regional leader for top-of-funnel initiatives, contributing strategic ideas and business insights to help shape regional growth direction.
  • Oversee regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of experience in demand generation or strategic program management.
  • Proven strength in planning, executing, and refining demand generation programs, including experience advising senior leaders.
  • Experience negotiating vendor agreements and contracts with limited supervision, plus the ability to manage budgets for scalable top-of-funnel programs.
  • Capability to handle several projects at once while staying detail-oriented and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving, uncertain environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders; interest in Tesla’s mission and understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle are highly valued.
  • Advanced analytical ability to assess opportunities using data, trends, and tools that measure program performance.
  • Valid driver’s license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with cash and stock awards, plus benefits.
  • Medical coverage options with $0 payroll deduction.
  • Family-building, fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support.
  • Dental and vision plans, including orthodontic coverage, with $0 paycheck contribution options.
  • Employer HSA contribution when enrolled in the high-deductible medical plan with HSA.
  • Healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts.
  • 401(k) with employer match, employee stock purchase plans, and other financial perks.
  • Company-paid basic life and AD&D coverage.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance, with a 90-day waiting period.
  • Employee assistance program.
  • Sick time, vacation time, and paid holidays.
  • Backup childcare and parenting support resources.
  • Voluntary benefits such as critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft and legal services, and pet insurance.
  • Weight loss and tobacco cessation programs.
  • Tesla Babies program.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • Employee discounts and perks program.
