Job description
About Domaine
Domaine is recognized as the largest independent partner focused on Shopify design and development. Its team combines commerce strategy, execution, and growth support to help ambitious brands build stronger digital businesses. The company sees itself as a challenger in the space, aiming to shape the next era of commerce rather than simply follow it.
Role Overview
The organization is seeking a seasoned marketer who brings both strong creative judgment and a highly outcome-driven mindset. This position is broad in scope and sits at the crossroads of partner marketing, integrated digital campaigns, regional marketing coordination, and lead generation for the North American sales organization.
This is a fast-moving environment where ideas matter, but delivery matters just as much. The role is part of a team that values quality of work, pace of execution, and the ability to ship impactful campaigns consistently. It also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support growth across the region.
The North America Marketing Lead will work with strategic partners such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and others to drive joint marketing activity, events, campaigns, and visibility opportunities. The role will also support broader global marketing efforts while owning coordination and execution for North America.
The company is especially interested in someone who is comfortable working with modern AI tools and AI-led workflows. The ideal hire should be curious about how AI is changing marketing operations, creative production, and team efficiency, and should be able to bring fresh ideas for smarter ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on regional marketing coordination, partner marketing, event and campaign oversight, and lead generation support. It involves working closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to align execution with business goals.
Regional Marketing Coordination
- Lead North American marketing activity across campaigns, partnerships, events, and brand-building initiatives.
- Support regional planning, campaign scheduling, and quarterly marketing priorities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing execution with growth objectives.
- Look for opportunities to improve collaboration, campaign delivery, and workflows through AI-enabled tools and processes.
Partner Marketing and Strategic Relationships
- Develop and manage co-marketing relationships with partners such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and other technology platforms.
- Contribute to joint campaigns involving events, content, webinars, paid media, and thought leadership.
- Identify ways to strengthen Domaine’s presence within the commerce ecosystem.
- Keep up with developments in AI and ecommerce that influence partnerships and the broader market.
Events and Campaign Oversight
- Coordinate North American marketing activations such as partner events, roundtables, webinars, and regional campaigns.
- Partner with the Events Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to support execution and promotion.
- Explore how AI tools can improve planning, content development, audience targeting, reporting, and event operations.
Lead Generation
- Help support annual lead generation and pipeline targets for North America alongside Sales and Marketing teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders on regional reporting and campaign planning.
- Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, performance, and reporting.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate has several years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing, ideally within the Shopify, ecommerce, SaaS, or agency environment. The role calls for strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and project management skills. The person should be comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution, and should understand lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
There is also a strong preference for someone who is genuinely interested in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies, and who is excited to help marketing teams adopt more effective and creative ways of working.
Nice to Have
- Current relationships within the Shopify or commerce partner network.
- Background in co-marketing with technology partners.
- Experience supporting events, webinars, or integrated campaigns.
- Exposure to ecommerce, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital experience projects.
- Experience testing or rolling out AI-driven workflows, automation, or content operations.
- A point of view on how AI may influence ecommerce, digital experiences, and modern marketing teams.
Perks and Benefits
- Healthcare coverage that includes dental and vision.
- Retirement savings plan with employer contribution matching.
- Competitive paid time off, including additional time off at the end of the year.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Remote-first working culture.
- Home office stipend.
- Apple equipment provided.
- Ongoing learning and personal development support.

The employer provides equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religious creed, national origin, physical or mental disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
