Role Overview

The Regional Business Applications team seeks a Microsoft Dynamics expert to oversee a critical ERP environment spanning multiple APAC markets. This position offers more than routine application support, inviting you to become a trusted partner to Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams, driving process improvements and enhancing the regional Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the regional Microsoft Dynamics ERP system across APAC.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to optimize workflows.
• Diagnose complex application issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
• Lead ERP enhancements, automation projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Create SQL-based reports and analytics to support business decisions.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure robust system stability for mission-critical applications.
• Assist with regional enhancement initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
