Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of important accounts within the assigned region, with a focus on packaging machinery and related materials.
What You’ll Do
The role centers on nurturing key customer relationships, understanding client requirements, creating proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. You will coordinate with internal departments to check product availability, manage order flow, and provide after-sales support so customers receive a seamless experience.
You will also review regional market trends, pursue new business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and represent the company in client meetings, on-site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Prior experience handling regional or key accounts, ideally in packaging, industrial equipment, or similar B2B sectors.
- Strong capability in sales, negotiation, and building lasting client relationships, with evidence of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
- Skill in analyzing market information, creating account plans, and producing reliable sales forecasts and reports.
- Excellent verbal and presentation abilities, including the talent to explain technical offerings in clear commercial language.
- Comfortable working across operations, logistics, and service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Italian and/or other regional languages is considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and standard office software for tracking accounts and preparing reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Preparedness to travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, and events.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage several accounts and priorities with limited supervision.
