Role Overview

Red Bull UK is recruiting a Student Marketeer to represent the brand at Loughborough University. This role is part of an energetic ambassador program where you will learn about Red Bull consumers and help promote brand awareness and product understanding across your campus and surrounding area. You will manage your own university’s brand presence by leveraging personal networks, campus insights, and creativity to engage new audiences innovatively. The position involves operating the Red Bull Mini vehicle, driving sales, managing campus relationships, and supporting Red Bull events to deliver memorable brand encounters.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Red Bull both in-person and online, wearing branded apparel and utilizing the Red Bull Mini for outreach missions and social media engagement.
• Expand the Red Bull user base through targeted product sampling and educating potential consumers by addressing their inquiries.
• Participate in Red Bull-sponsored events to enhance brand impressions and create exceptional consumer experiences.
• Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to your university, actively identifying opportunities to promote the brand across campus.
• Build connections with student organizations and stakeholders to integrate Red Bull into campus culture and major events.
• Collaborate with campus micro-influencers to broaden Red Bull’s digital footprint.
• Partner with the sales team to find new sales outlets and event opportunities, improve in-store product placement, and support sales drives using Red Bull assets.
• Conduct special sales missions with the Red Bull Mini at events such as festivals.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring all branded materials and tools are managed to preserve premium brand standards.
• Plan and report activities accurately and promptly using the designated platform, and actively contribute ideas through regular team interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for the Red Bull brand and its products.
• Charismatic, energetic, and outgoing with excellent communication abilities.
• Well-integrated within student life with deep knowledge of the university, city, and regional culture including social hotspots and events.
• Willingness to represent Red Bull adorned in branded apparel, including driving the Red Bull Mini.
• Connected to various influential campus groups and individuals.
• Able to balance part-time work with academic commitments, including potential evening and weekend availability.
• Motivated to develop skills and pursue potential full-time career growth within Red Bull.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• Currently enrolled as a student at Loughborough University.
