Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist will support core human capital activities, including hiring coordination, onboarding, employee relations support, training coordination, and general HC administration. The position is expected to help ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and accepted HR practices while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the hiring process by posting vacancies, reviewing candidates, organizing interviews, and drafting offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding activities so that new employees are introduced, oriented, and settled in effectively.
- Keep recruitment trackers and related hiring documentation current and accurate.
- Maintain employee records and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Update HR databases and HRIS records with employee details and employment changes.
- Support compliance with internal HC policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
- Assist with audits and respond to HR-related information and data requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HC generalist or HC officer role, ideally within construction or contracting.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and related regulations.
- Experience using HRIS or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
