About the Role
A global leader in logistics is establishing its India center and is recruiting to build its team from scratch. This role involves collaborating with the recruitment partner to manage the end-to-end hiring process for various operational and support positions at locations across India or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple simultaneous job openings.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including job portals, employee referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening and shortlist based on specific job criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure continuous candidate engagement throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring priorities and keep offer processes on track.
Desired Profile
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or handling high-volume hiring.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS and maintaining candidate tracking records.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, with a dependable remote working setup.
- Experience in volume hiring or operational recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with GCC, logistics, or large multinational corporate hiring environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and job board platforms is preferred.
