Job description
About the Role
This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all companies within the group, ensuring timely placement of suitable candidates. In addition to recruitment duties, the role focuses on fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and handling daily office management tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes across the group from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various job portals and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and organize technical and final interviews.
- Prepare, negotiate and finalize job offers and employment contracts in collaboration with HR.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline status across all group companies.
- Ensure recruitment adherence to UAE labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities, including celebrations for cultural events and company milestones.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and pulse checks, driving initiatives based on feedback.
- Acknowledge employee milestones like birthdays and anniversaries to boost morale.
- Serve as a liaison for employee inquiries, escalating matters to HR management when necessary.
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience including welcome kits and induction sessions for new employees.
- Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture throughout all group locations.
- Manage daily office operations ensuring a clean, organized, and functional work environment.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, equipment, and vendor relations for procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, office events, and visitors.
- Support office health and safety standards and general maintenance.
- Manage office budget and track related administrative expenses.
- Provide administrative assistance to management and staff as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of recruitment and HR experience, preferably involving multiple companies or business divisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience organizing employee engagement events or initiatives to enhance organizational culture is beneficial.
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and hiring/visa processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems/job portals.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
