About the Role
This position is for a driven Recruitment Specialist to support a US staffing team. The job covers the full hiring cycle for clients in the United States, and it requires regular coordination with US candidates and hiring managers. Because of the time zone overlap, permanent night work is an essential part of the role. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well in a fast-moving setup, and understands how to successfully engage and convert candidates in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and evaluate strong candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Run initial phone or video interviews to judge technical capability, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Manage candidates through submission, interview, and offer stages while maintaining a positive experience throughout the process.
- Keep yourself informed about US hiring practices, market trends, visa categories such as W2, C2C, and 1099, and related tax terms.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in US staffing or recruitment.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills; a neutral accent is preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be fully open to working permanent night shifts.
