Role Overview

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team. This position involves assisting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates primarily within finance, operations, supply chain, and procurement sectors. The role includes managing candidate pipelines and delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and clients. Applications from individuals seeking school-hours roles will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise diverse channels such as job boards, social platforms, and networking to identify and attract candidates.
  • Establish and sustain a robust candidate database for existing and upcoming job openings.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and organize interview schedules.
  • Keep precise records of candidate communications within the recruitment database.
  • Assist the recruitment team with various administrative duties as necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or any customer-facing role is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • A motivated, positive attitude with eagerness to learn and advance in recruitment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 annually depending on experience, complemented with performance-related bonuses.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Generous leave including 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Access to a wellness program offering £50 per month.
  • Hybrid working arrangements available following completion of initial training.
