Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner specializing in Banking & Financial Services, particularly within wealth management, private banking, asset management, or the broader banking sector. This role is based in Sydney, NSW, and offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week onsite.

Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of a collaborative advisory team, you will provide expert recruitment services and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your role involves end-to-end recruitment management, acting as a true partner to the business by offering strategic advice on all recruitment aspects. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and assessing top-tier talent for Wealth Management teams, bringing a consultative and proactive mindset to your work.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior recruitment experience within wealth management, private banking, asset management, or front office financial services roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing full recruitment cycles, ideally within large, complex, or enterprise environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with proven influence and trust-building across all organizational levels.
- Expertise in guiding stakeholders and candidates through recruitment processes to ensure alignment and a seamless, positive experience.
- A consultative approach offering strategic talent insights and market intelligence.
- A genuine passion for candidate engagement and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
