Job description
Job purpose
Emirates Group is looking for a Recruitment Partner focused on volume hiring within Emiratisation. The role covers the full recruitment cycle for assigned business areas, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring strong candidates who can perform well in the role and reflect Emirates Group values. The position supports a consistent hiring standard by applying the right recruitment approach and safeguarding the quality and integrity of the process.
This opportunity is specifically open to Emiratis and offers the chance to represent the Emirates Group brand on a global platform.
What you will do
- Learn the workforce requirements and operational goals of the assigned departments, including Emiratization needs, and turn them into practical and cost-effective hiring plans.
- Position Emirates Group as an employer of choice for local and global talent, working closely with Corporate Communication & Brand teams to suggest effective marketing and attraction tactics through different channels.
- Use hiring data to brief management and HR stakeholders on issues such as declined offers and salary benchmarks, then recommend alternatives and solutions to improve attraction.
- Align with hiring managers on the best sourcing route, whether internal vacancy notices, job boards, career portals, LinkedIn, or other channels, and create strong digital job adverts for global audiences.
- With support from the Business Psychologist team, build suitable assessment and selection methods such as in-tray exercises, assessment centres, and digital assessments to evaluate technical ability, behavioural fit, and alignment with Emirates Group culture. Advise hiring managers on interpreting behavioural evidence and help shape selection outcomes.
- Source and shortlist candidates, including expatriates and UAE nationals, using available systems and networks such as LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and local or international schools and universities. Keep Emiratization active by identifying suitable UAE national talent and maintain timely, professional communication with all candidates.
- Work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, executive search firms for senior roles, and agencies for high-volume vacancies while ensuring the Emirates brand and candidate service standards remain consistently strong.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, plus at least 5 years of recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with selection methods such as digital assessments, video interviews, face-to-face interviews, and presentation-based evaluations.
- The ability to interview candidates using a behavioural competency framework.
- Must hold a UAE passport.
Preferred experience
- Previous exposure to high-volume hiring within a large and complex organization will be an advantage.
