As the Recruitment Operations and Delivery Manager focused on the U.S. market, you will play a pioneering leadership role by establishing and scaling a high-performance team in India. You will own the complete operation, shape the team culture, define efficient processes, and be the critical liaison between Indian delivery and U.S. leadership. This position goes beyond quota management; it emphasizes strategic leadership, team empowerment, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of IT recruiters and sales professionals dedicated to serving U.S. clientele.
- Set clear performance metrics (KPIs), conduct evaluations, and foster a motivating environment for team retention and growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and sales cycles ensuring compliance with U.S. staffing standards and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary communication channel between Indian branch and U.S. management, providing accurate performance updates and forecasts.
- Formulate and implement growth strategies and scalable infrastructure as the branch matures.
- Maintain team motivation and focus, particularly during challenging periods.
Performance Metrics
Success will be evaluated based on revenue, gross margin, headcount growth and retention, submission-to-placement rates, client satisfaction, and branch profitability.
Candidate Profile
- 8 to 15 years of experience in IT staffing with significant exposure to the U.S. market.
- Demonstrated leadership of teams encompassing both recruiting and sales functions.
- In-depth knowledge of different U.S. employment engagement models including C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Proven ability in scaling startups or early-stage business operations.
- Strong communication skills with U.S.-based stakeholders with ability to operate independently.
- Experience in expanding or managing office locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in setting up or directing offshore delivery centers.
- Connections within the Gujarat local talent market.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
Compensation and Incentives
The remuneration package includes a competitive base salary coupled with performance-based incentives linked to branch success and a team bonus plan. There is also potential for long-term incentives to build ownership and investment in the branch’s growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have graduated from any recognized field of study.
