Role summary

This full-time remote position is for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist supporting a client’s talent attraction efforts. The role is centered on building and running marketing initiatives that help bring in strong candidates through multiple digital channels.

What you will do

Plan, launch, and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, social networks, and company career pages.
Improve job adverts and career content so they rank better in search results and engage more candidates.
Review campaign and recruitment marketing data to sharpen targeting and raise conversion rates.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment marketing supports hiring priorities and employer brand goals.
Keep track of market trends in recruitment marketing and recommend changes to remain competitive.

Skills and experience needed

Hands-on experience using recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Comfort with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms for monitoring campaign results.
Strong writing ability for job descriptions and other recruiting content.
Working knowledge of SEO and SEM approaches to increase visibility of open roles.
Ability to interpret recruitment data and adjust campaigns based on insights.
