• Manage offer letter generation, onboarding procedures, and related paperwork.
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators and generate comprehensive hiring reports.
• Develop and nurture a continual pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure candidates experience a professional and positive recruitment process.
• Guide, support, and mentor the recruitment team to enhance their effectiveness.
