About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates, scrutinize applications, and conduct interviews.
- Collaborate with various department leaders to comprehend their staffing requirements.
- Arrange and supervise interview schedules to ensure smooth proceedings.
- Manage offer letter generation, onboarding procedures, and related paperwork.
- Monitor recruitment performance indicators and generate comprehensive hiring reports.
- Develop and nurture a continual pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure candidates experience a professional and positive recruitment process.
- Guide, support, and mentor the recruitment team to enhance their effectiveness.
