Overview
The hiring organisation is a major healthcare group in Qatar with hospitals, specialist clinics, and other medical facilities. As it grows, it is focused on strengthening a sophisticated talent acquisition capability that can bring in highly skilled medical, clinical, and corporate talent from both regional and international markets.
Role Summary
The Recruitment Director will own the organisation’s overall hiring strategy across all divisions. This position covers workforce planning, employer branding, senior-level hiring, physician recruitment, international talent sourcing, recruitment operations, and recruitment technology. In partnership with business leaders, the role will align recruitment plans with expansion goals, enhance the candidate journey, shorten hiring cycles, and reinforce the employer brand. The role also includes leading recruitment teams, managing external search firms, and driving workforce analytics.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should bring deep leadership experience across high-volume and executive recruitment in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, or similarly complex service-led environments. Strong capability in strategic workforce planning, global recruitment, executive search, and employer branding is required. Prior experience establishing recruitment centres of excellence and managing large recruitment teams in the GCC is especially valuable. The right candidate will combine strategic judgment with hands-on operational leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.
