Role Overview
The Vice President of Customer Operations will be responsible for leading customer operations, service delivery, and the performance of frontline teams. The position involves managing sizable service teams and the operational processes that support them. A major part of the job is to raise service efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and improve customer satisfaction outcomes. The role partners closely with digital, CX, and operations functions and also drives service transformation programs. This is an executive-level role with accountability for service results.
Candidate Profile
The organization is looking for a senior leader with substantial operations management experience in service-led environments. Direct exposure to customer operations at scale is important. Experience working in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should bring strong people leadership, disciplined operational execution, and a genuinely customer-first mindset.
