Overview
Trident Consulting is currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for one of its clients, a global transportation technology leader based in San Francisco, CA. This position is fully remote on a W2 contract basis with an hourly rate of $33.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates as part of the Green Card (PERM) labor market testing procedures.
- Carefully review resumes to find qualified applicants.
- Conduct approximately 20 telephone screening interviews every month.
- Manage and coordinate candidate progress through the immigration hiring stages.
- Provide support to the immigration and Green Card team along with the Recruitment Manager.
- Facilitate candidate communication and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Primarily focus on process coordination and regulatory compliance rather than engaging in full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Serve more as a Talent Coordinator than as a traditional Recruiter.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination roles.
- Strong capabilities in resume screening and phone-based candidate assessment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused individual.
- Comfortable managing administrative tasks and handling a high volume of workflow.
- Experience with immigration or PERM processes is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- This role does not require expertise as a senior strategic recruiter.
