Job description

Role overview

The Recruiters Room is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a desk and grow it with autonomy, trust and a results-led approach. This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to stay in recruitment while avoiding heavy KPI pressure and micromanagement, and who values flexibility alongside family and personal time.

The business was established in 2016 by two recruiters, both working parents, and is built on open communication, long-term partnerships and doing the right thing rather than the easy thing. The team believes strong recruiters perform best when they are trusted to manage their own performance and supported to build their business their way.

Working arrangement

This is a remote-working role, but candidates must live within roughly 30 minutes of Crowthorne or Bracknell because of weekly team meetings and client visits.

What you will do

  • Run a 360 recruitment desk with end-to-end ownership of the process.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Build new business through resilient and relationship-led client development.
  • Work towards your financial target in a way that suits your style of delivery.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture based on honesty, support and enjoyment.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in an agency-based 360 recruitment consultant position.
  • A track record of measurable success in recruitment.
  • Persistence and confidence in creating and growing new client relationships.
  • A genuine long-term commitment to recruitment as a career.
  • Strong communication, written and verbal literacy, and organisation skills.
  • Motivation to earn above basic salary and keep developing your desk.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission scheme.
  • 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Additional paid time off between Christmas and New Year while the business is closed.
  • Your birthday off.
  • Potential to earn extra annual leave each quarter.
  • Company laptop provided.
  • Early finish Fridays, subject to business needs.
  • Future career progression opportunities for those who want them.

Additional information

The company is looking to add its third team member and welcomes applications from anyone who aligns with its values, including candidates with any name.
