Role Overview
HPA Healthcare is recruiting a full-time Travel Nurse Recruiter / Clinician Partner to join their expanding team. This sales-oriented recruiting position focuses on cultivating lasting relationships with travel nurses, handling the entire recruitment journey from initial contact through placement and ongoing support. The role offers a hybrid work option in North Carolina's Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area or remote work for candidates outside these markets.
Compensation & Incentives
- Annual base salary of $50,000
- Uncapped commission structure promoting high earning potential

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and place travel nurses across various specialties and healthcare settings
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clinicians, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Proactively source candidates via outbound calls, texts, and digital channels
- Inform clinicians about assignment details, compensation packages, and compliance standards
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment desk while meeting defined performance benchmarks
- Work collaboratively with the sales, credentialing, and operations teams to ensure seamless placements
Qualifications
- Experience in travel nurse recruiting or healthcare staffing is preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales or commission-based roles with quota responsibilities
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Comfort with high-volume outreach through calls, messaging, and email
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities
- Self-motivated, open to coaching, and team-focused mindset
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing processes and compliance is advantageous
