Position Overview
Located in Ta' Xbiex, Malta, this is a full-time, permanent recruitment position focused on either our IT or Finance & Legal sectors. We welcome applicants with no prior recruitment experience, offering comprehensive training to develop expertise in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role requires working onsite and is ideal for local candidates or those ready to relocate immediately.
Role Responsibilities
The Recruitment Consultant will build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Responsibilities include managing candidate sourcing, qualification, interview coordination, and leading both clients and candidates from initial contact through to offer and placement. You will work with top companies in Malta, enabling quality matches rather than simply filling vacancies.

Experience and Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary structure includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, paid monthly.
- The average annual income in the first year is approximately €35,000, increasing to around €50,000 in the second year.
